We are living in a world where everyone has free will. However, some people believe that professionals, such as doctors and engineers, should be required to work in the country where they received their training, while others argue that they should be free to choose where they want to work.

Working in the country where a person trained can be beneficial for the government. It can support the country’s development, economy, and urbanization by keeping skilled professionals within the workforce and reducing dependence on foreign expertise. It can also improve the overall level of expertise, enhance societal welfare, reduce crime, and create safer and more peaceful communities.

On the other hand, personal contentment is crucial. Studying at a good university does not always mean that the country is suitable for one’s professional life. Professionals invest years of hard work to achieve their goals, and the place where they work can significantly affect their inner peace and job satisfaction. Therefore, individuals should be free to choose their preferred workplace instead of being restricted to one country.

For me, the world is a vast place full of opportunities. If someone is talented in their field, their abilities should not go to waste in a place where they do not wish to be. Even though both options have their advantages, the person who has shown dedication and effort should have the freedom to decide where to use their talents.
